1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EXPO TECH platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Registration and Account

While registration is not mandatory to use our basic services, creating an account allows for better tracking and management of your submissions. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

3. Services Provided

EXPO TECH provides the following services:

• Contractor registration management
• Cleaning fees processing and tracking
• Decoration fees management
• Electricity fees calculation and billing
• Invoice generation and receipt management
• Payment processing through multiple channels

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the following terms:

• All fees are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
• Payment must be completed before the event or as specified in your agreement
• We accept InstaPay, bank transfers, and cash payments
• Proof of payment must be provided for bank transfers
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and event organizer approval

5. Contractor Obligations

As a contractor or exhibitor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate stand information and contact details
• Pay all fees on time as per the invoice
• Comply with event rules and regulations
• Maintain your stand area in good condition
• Report any issues or damages immediately
• Vacate the premises by the specified date and time

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are handled as follows:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing
• Refunds are subject to timing and event organizer policies
• Cancellations more than 30 days before the event may receive a partial refund
• Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable
• Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases

7. Liability and Indemnification

EXPO TECH shall not be held liable for:

• Any damage to property or equipment during the event
• Theft or loss of exhibitor materials
• Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
• Third-party actions or services

Contractors agree to indemnify and hold EXPO TECH harmless from any claims arising from their participation in the event.

8. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected through our platform is used solely for:

• Processing your registrations and payments
• Communicating event-related information
• Generating invoices and receipts
• Improving our services

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the EXPO TECH platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of EXPO TECH and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

EXPO TECH reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration or legal proceedings in Cairo, Egypt as a last resort
